Women Impowerment

Women Impowerment is the process of developing the status of women in the society by providing them with different rights, skills, etc. This is one of the major method of developing the nation, status of country, economic development etc.
Women impowerment is not followed in our nation due to our culture. During our fourth father period it is said that women are made only to do household work not other works. Due to negative thought of male member in the society impowerment of women is not done. Male member things only about the disadvantages of women impowerment toward themselves like women becomes male boss.
In developed nation like USA, CANADA, etc women impower are highly focused. For the impowerment of women womens are given free education, different types of training on various field, formation of the rule to punish the people who does discrimination and does not help in women impowerment. Awarness program are conducted to improve women impowerment. By the same way we should also help in women impowerment in our nation Nepal.   

Poverty

Poverty means economic backwardness.It is defined as not being able to meet one's basic economic needs. Poverty shows inability, weakness and helplessness of a person in his economic, social and political life. In other words, poverty is a situation where people are deprived os basic needs, basic rights and basic opportunities for their livelihood. Poverty is the one of the major problem socio-economic problems of a developing country. The main objective of developing countries is to reduce the level of poverty through poverty alleviation program.
Poverty has been defined by the world bank as the inability of an individual or household to attain a minimum standard of living. Any person with an income of less than $370 per year roughly $1 per day is poor. Both the level of prosperity in a country and the distribution of resource within determination the level and the nature of poverty. the poor usually have much lower life expactancy, higher infant mortalities and higher incidence of disability. they suffer more form communicable disease and a high proportion of their lives is spent in poor health. 

Planning

Planning is a systematic way of attaining a set of predetermined goals by using scarce resource. A plan is a set of things or activities to operate in systematic order to achieve definite goals is planning. In simple words, planning is deciding in advance what is to be done, when where, how and by whom it is to be done.planning bridges the between from 'where we are' and 'where we want to go'. It includes the selection of objectives, policies, procedures and programmes from among various alternatives. A plan is a predetermined course of action to achive a specified goal. It is an intellectual process charaterized by thinking before doing.
The planning done by a nation is called Developmental planning. Developmental planning is closely related to economic to economic activities of a nation.The concept of developmental planning is was first introduced in 1917 A.D. in the former sovient union.It became very popular after the end of second world war. 

Mahindra 125 cc sport Bike on Race

March 20, 2011 was a historic day for motorcycle racing in India as team Mahindra started its Grand Prix for motorcycle up to 125 cc.This is the first time in the history of India motorcycling that a manufacture has decided to participate in world motor cycle championship.
This little 125 cc motorcycles may look like very basic two stroke bikes but they are loaded with high end technology. There are sensor that records the front and rear suspension movement meant to help the rider and his mechanic to set up the suspension.
The Mahindar 125 has a unique engine and gearbox layout where the gear box is mounted below the engine to accommodate the disc valve induction behind the engine. But this system has a few limitation as cannot increase the length of the carborattors starts to stick out and makes motorcycle wide. The second issue is that in this design the inlet port opens under one of the transfer ports and due to this there is uneven gas flow.

Load shedding in Nepal

Nepal is the one of the small country in the world. Nepal lies in the southern lap of Himalaya. Nepal is the second richest country in the water resources. Though being the second riches country in water resources Nepal government is no capable to provide sufficient electricity to Nepal. During rainy season there is load shedding up to 2 hours. during other season the load shedding reaches up to 16 hours a day. Nepal has capacity to produce electricity up to 83000 MW which is enough to light India all country part.Having such a potential, even though Nepal is not able to produce electricity.
There are numerous causes of load shedding in Nepal. One of the major cause of load shedding is Nepal unstable government. Due to unstable government development work is not carried out in sustainable way.Economic condition of Nepalese people are very less due to which government officer are forced to do corruption. Another major cause is lack of technology and misuse of sources.
If the above mention cause are solved by one by one than there is high probability of reduction of load shedding in Nepal.   

Intelligence Test

Intelligence is the act of using comma sense, idea in various field. There are many people who are gifted with different types of intelligence. Intelligence is the factor or talent that people have gain in various way. Some talents are heridity and some talents are developed by gaining knowledge, experiences by working in different field.
Intelligence is the factor which cannot be seen or felt but can be observed when people do some kind of work using their ideas. Intelligence is the factor which cannot be measured accurately like of solution of maths or science. It cannot be theft by people.But our world requires a lot of intelligence people. they even have developed some stratigies to find out intelligence person in million by taking IQ test, seeing their activity, work skill etc.
So, by different methods intelligence of people are found out by using different strategies. In this way intelligence test are are carried out. 

Friendship

Friendship is one of the most important relationship of all human beings.It offers security against the difficulties of  life and is a source of great emotional satisfaction. It makes life sweet and ultimately gives the meaning to it.
Like other relationship friend is also governed by various rules and regulation. It is a matter of mutual love, respect and trustworthiness.Continuous sharing of feeling with friends increases the bond of relationship. If
there are long intervals of meetings friendly feeling may fade away.
Friendship does not mean that we blindly agree to whatever a friend says or stands even if they are wrong. the value of friend is very much greater that it should no be disobeyed under any circumstances.If we are
given the one choice of choosing trust or honesty and friendship then we must be bold from inside to make a one choice among those three.Covering a friend faults is not a way to obeying the friendship.
